Health and Safety

3. Bookings and Payments

Booking Policy

• All bookings are subject to availability
• Full payment is required at the time of booking
• Bookings are for 1-hour slots with access to all facilities
• Maximum capacity limits apply for safety and comfort

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before appointment: Full refund
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before appointment: No refund
• No-shows will not be refunded
• We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances

Membership Terms

• Monthly memberships are billed on the same date each month
• 30 days notice required for membership cancellation
• Unused sessions do not roll over to the next month
• Membership benefits are non-transferable

4. Facility Rules

While using our facilities, you must:

• Shower before entering any pools or saunas
• Wear appropriate swimwear at all times
• Respect other guests and maintain appropriate behaviour
• Follow time limits for sauna and ice bath usage
• Not bring food or glass containers into wet areas
• Not use mobile phones in changing areas
• Report any accidents or injuries immediately

5. Medical Disclaimer

Contrast therapy may not be suitable for everyone. Do not use our facilities if you have:

• Cardiovascular conditions or heart disease
• High or low blood pressure
• Pregnancy
• Epilepsy or seizure disorders
• Open wounds or infections
• Respiratory conditions
• Diabetes (consult your doctor first)

Always consult with your healthcare provider before beginning any new wellness routine.

6. Liability and Indemnification

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fire & Ice Spa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that contrast therapy involves inherent risks and you voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of our facilities.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fire & Ice Spa, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and in our facilities, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Fire & Ice Spa and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

8. Privacy

9. Gift Vouchers

• Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase
• Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash
• Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced
• Vouchers can be used for any service of equal or lesser value

10. Photography and Marketing

By using our facilities, you grant us permission to use any photographs or videos taken during your visit for marketing purposes, unless you explicitly opt out in writing.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove access to our facilities at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
